The ONCE Discord is where the team is. Need something from us? Start a thread in #help-needed with the release title and what happened, and we pick it up there. Bugs go through /bug, and general chat and feature ideas are welcome anywhere — no ticket queue, no bots, no bouncing around.

Something about your account or a release?

Open ONCE Support inside the app. It can look up your releases, explain a rejection, fix metadata, and file refund requests on the spot. Anything it can't settle, bring to the Discord. We don't run email support.
