Can I actually distribute a Suno song?
Yes, if all of Suno's conditions are met: the track was created while you were on Suno Pro or Premier, you obtained it as a permitted download within your plan's monthly download allocation, it is not a Remix, and it is not a free-tier or trial download. Those rights are subject to Suno's current terms and the rules of each store. Commercial rights for a permitted download survive cancellation or downgrade. What does it cost?
2 credits per AI song (Suno or anything else AI), paid once, forever. The extra credit over the 1-credit human-music price funds the Artist Compensation Fund. No subscriptions. No renewal fees. No revenue share.
Will my Suno track get removed for being AI-generated?
Being AI-generated is not by itself a reason for removal when disclosure is handled correctly. ONCE uses industry-standard detection algorithms to flag songs containing AI, and delivers AI disclosure metadata to every DSP automatically. Stores can still remove tracks for unauthorized voice impersonation, spam or duplicate uploads, artificial streaming, or infringing content.
How long until it's live?
Most Suno tracks are live on Spotify and Apple Music within 24–72 hours. Smaller platforms can take up to a week.
